Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Data Analyst

to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing various

marketing data to help shape our marketing strategies and contribute to our

company's growth.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze marketing data from multiple sources,

including social media, website traffic, and email campaigns, to identify trends

and insights.

2. Performance Measurement: Track and report on the performance of

marketing campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and recommending

strategies to increase effectiveness.

3. Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends

and the competitive landscape, providing insights to inform marketing

strategies.

4. Data Visualization: Create compelling visualizations and dashboards to

communicate findings to the marketing team and senior management.

5. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to understand goals

and objectives, ensuring data analysis aligns with these targets.

6. Customer Insights: Analyze customer behavior and segmentation to improve

targeting and personalization of marketing efforts.

7. Testing and Optimization: Design and analyze A/B testing for various

marketing campaigns to optimize performance.


Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business, or a related field.

2. 2-5 years of experience in marketing data analysis, preferably in the EdTech

industry.

3. Strong analytical skills and experience with statistical analysis, quantitative

methodologies, and data interpretation.

4. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Google Analytics, and

visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.

5. Knowledge of digital marketing channels and metrics.

6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate

complex data into actionable insights.

7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects

simultaneously.
