QA/QC – Painting Location: Qatar About the Role: We are seeking a qualified and experienced QA/QC – Painting Inspector to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all painting and coating activities meet project specifications, international standards, and client requirements. This role requires strong technical knowledge of surface preparation, coating systems, and quality inspection procedures. Key Responsibilities: Perform inspections and quality checks for all painting and coating operations in accordance with project specifications and standards. Monitor surface preparation, paint application, curing, and final finishing to ensure compliance with quality requirements. Review and verify coating materials, certificates, and batch reports. Prepare and maintain detailed inspection reports and quality documentation. Identify and report non-conformities, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are implemented effectively. Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution. Support audits and quality reviews as required by the QA/QC management team. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of QA/QC experience within the GCC region. Certification in BGAS Level 2 or NACE Level 2 (mandatory). Strong understanding of coating standards, surface preparation methods, and inspection procedures. Excellent communication, reporting, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
