Job Title: E-commerce Executive (Marketplaces – Amazon, Myntra & Quick Commerce)Location: [Jaipur]Nature of Job: Full-time Salary: Upto 6LPAExperience: 2 – 5 years in E-commerce Marketplace Management About the RoleWe’re looking for an E-commerce Executive who can manage and grow multiple brand accounts across Amazon, Myntra, and Quick Commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, etc.). The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and performance-driven — capable of scaling brands through organic strategies, paid ads, and optimized A+ content.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Growth & OperationsManage and scale brand accounts across Amazon, Myntra, and Quick Commerce platforms.Oversee product listings, catalog updates, pricing, inventory sync, and daily operations.Improve organic visibility through keyword optimization, SEO, and review management.Coordinate new product launches and ensure listing accuracy across all platforms.Advertising & PerformancePlan, run, and optimize Amazon Sponsored Ads, Myntra promotions, and Quick Commerce ads.Manage budgets efficiently and analyze performance metrics like ACoS, CTR, and ROAS.Identify opportunities for campaign improvement and new audience testing.Execute platform-specific promotions, deals, and visibility campaigns to drive revenue growth.A+ Listings & Brand ContentCollaborate with content and design teams to create A+ listings, brand stores, and rich media content.Ensure listings follow platform guidelines, reflect brand tone, and maximize conversion potential.Continuously test creative layouts, product titles, and copy for higher engagement.Analytics & ReportingTrack and analyze performance data across marketplaces.Prepare weekly and monthly reports on traffic, conversions, ad spend, and sales performance.Conduct competitor benchmarking and category analysis to identify growth opportunities.Cross-Team CollaborationWork closely with marketing, creative, and strategy teams to align marketplace performance with broader brand goals.Coordinate with category managers and platform partners for campaigns and events.Requirements2–5 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon, Myntra, or Quick Commerce platforms.Strong understanding of A+ content, marketplace SEO, advertising dashboards, and analytics.Proven track record of scaling sales through both organic and paid growth.Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and performance reporting tools.Ability to manage multiple brand accounts and multitask in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.Preferred SkillsExperience with Helium10, Jungle Scout, SellerApp, or Pacvue tools.Familiarity with Shopify or other D2C platforms and their integration with marketplaces.Understanding of marketplace trends, pricing strategies, and fulfillment models.What You’ll GetExposure to managing multiple high-growth D2C brands.Hands-on experience across marketplaces and performance marketing ecosystems.Fast-paced learning environment with creative, data-driven teams.Competitive compensation and performance-based growth opportunities.
