What we do?

1. We explore profitable companies that are in the mode of expansion and growth.

2. We get the audit & valuation done through a SEBI registered equity valuer and basis the valuation we facilitate investments through B2C, B2B and B2B2C channels.

3. Post Fundraising, we facilitate exit for our investors through Fund Placement / Buy-Out of portfolio / IPO.

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced candidates specialized in designing, developing, implementing, and training Wealth Management products and solutions. The Wealth Management candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch and ongoing enhancement. The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of wealth management products, industry trends, and client needs, coupled with strong leadership and strategic vision.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Setup and Drive independently the complete wealth management product wing.

2. Design, Develop, Implement and Train wealth management products and services.

3. Lead the strategic planning and development of a comprehensive suite of wealth management products and services, aligned with the company's business objectives and client needs.

4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including investment professionals, technology specialists, marketing, compliance, and operations, to drive product development initiatives from concept to execution.

6. Define product requirements, features, and specifications based on market feedback, client insights, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

7. Develop business cases, financial projections, and ROI analysis to support investment decisions and resource allocation for new product initiatives.

8. Establish product development timelines, milestones, and priorities, ensuring timely delivery and successful product launches.

9. Work closely with technology teams to leverage digital solutions, automation, and data analytics to enhance the scalability, efficiency, and user experience of wealth management products.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Post Graduation / Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.

2. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in product management, product development, or strategy roles within the wealth management industry.

3. Deep understanding of wealth management products, investment strategies, financial planning concepts, and regulatory requirements.

4. Proven track record of successfully launching and managing wealth management products and services, with a focus on driving business growth and client satisfaction.

5. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights, client needs, and competitive intelligence into actionable product strategies and roadmaps.
