Description :Job Title : Lead Python Developer / Senior Backend ArchitectExperience : 10+ YearsLocation : Bangalore (On-site / Hybrid as per requirement)Availability : Immediate JoinerRole Overview :We are looking for a seasoned Senior Backend Architect with deep expertise in Python who can technically lead internal projects, drive architecture decisions, and mentor engineering teams. This role demands a sharp, hands-on technologist who can design scalable systems, solve complex backend challenges, and act as a technical anchor for the Responsibilities :- Lead backend architecture, system design, and high-level technical decisions- Architect and develop large-scale, high-performance backend services- Oversee end-to-end technical execution of internal projects- Review code, enforce best practices, and guide development teams- Collaborate with product, DevOps, and leadership teams on strategic engineering initiatives- Ensure system scalability, security, performance, and reliability- Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive long-term solutions- Mentor junior and mid-level Requirements :- 10+ years of experience in Python-based backend development- Strong command over frameworks like Django / Flask / FastAPI- Expertise in architecting distributed systems and microservices- Deep understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL), caching, messaging systems- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)- Strong knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, API design- Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical Skills :- Experience leading engineering teams or acting as a technical architect- Strong documentation and communication skills- Exposure to event-driven architectures and advanced design Were Looking For :- Someone sharp, driven, and highly accountable- A hands-on technologist who can lead by example- Immediate joiner based in to Apply :Please share your resume and availability for an immediate start.
