Job description:

Designation: Manager MEL (Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning).

Education: Minimum Master of Social Work or experience in a relevant stream, with experience in Statistical Analysis.

Experience:

- 3-5 years of relevant experience in designing questionnaires, conducting field exercises, managing, interpreting, and analyzing large data sets, and report preparation related to social interventions, with excellent verbal & written English communication skills.

- Annual Remuneration: Maximum up to Rupees 8,00,000/LPA depending on the last salary drawn & relevant experience.

Key Responsibility Areas:

- This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant project operations team with the underlying KRA:.

- Understanding the scope of work and being involved in technical discussions with corporations for both qualitative and quantitative research.

- Evaluate, identify and decide on the key indicators and the objectives.

- Draft Monitoring & Evaluation, Impact Assessment & Need Assessment Proposals, which will include designing frameworks/procedures, data collection study tools, questionnaires.

- Training the data collection team for data collection.

- Ensure tool translation and CAPI finalization with all skips and checks.

- Converting questionnaires into digital mode through CAPI or any other means.

- Execute M&E activities as per the proposition, carry out the studies, and interpret data.

- Data review and management, cleaning, validation, and analysis.

- Final report preparation of the studies conducted.

- Management of consultants as and when required.

Job Location: Okhla Phase III (On-Site).

Note: Out-station travel, if required.
