- Enterprise Web Application Development

- Hands-on experience with MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

- Cloud Platforms

- AWS, Azure, or GCP for scalable and secure deployments.

- API Development & Integration RESTful and GraphQL APIs.

- Database Design & Optimization SQL and NoSQL databases.

- Mobile Application Development Familiarity with React Native or Flutter.

- Security Best Practices Implement authentication, authorization, encryption, and secure coding standards.

- DevOps Practices CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Management Skills :

- Proficiency with project management tools Asana, Jira, Confluence, MS Project.

- Expertise in project planning, scheduling, tracking, and budgeting.

- Strong leadership skills with experience in team and workload management.

- Client communication, requirement gathering, and expectation management.

- Mastery of Agile and Scrum methodologies with sprint planning and retrospectives.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification is an added advantage
