Project Execution :- Project Planning : Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resources, and risks.- Resource Management : Allocate resources effectively, ensuring the right skills are assigned to the right tasks.- Task Management : Oversee and track project tasks, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within budget.- Risk Management : Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.- Stakeholder Communication : Maintain regular communication with clients and internal teams, providing progress updates, milestone tracking, and managing expectations.- Quality Assurance : Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, security requirements, and customer expectations.- Issue Resolution : Address issues or conflicts during execution, providing quick and effective solutions to keep the project on track. Change Management : Manage scope, schedule, and budget changes while assessing impacts and obtaining stakeholder Skills : - Enterprise Web Application Development- Hands-on experience with MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).- Cloud Platforms- AWS, Azure, or GCP for scalable and secure deployments.- API Development & Integration RESTful and GraphQL APIs.- Database Design & Optimization SQL and NoSQL databases.- Mobile Application Development Familiarity with React Native or Flutter.- Security Best Practices Implement authentication, authorization, encryption, and secure coding standards.- DevOps Practices CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Management Skills : - Proficiency with project management tools Asana, Jira, Confluence, MS Project.- Expertise in project planning, scheduling, tracking, and budgeting.- Strong leadership skills with experience in team and workload management.- Client communication, requirement gathering, and expectation management.- Mastery of Agile and Scrum methodologies with sprint planning and retrospectives.- Strong problem-solving and decision-making : - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification is an added advantage (ref:hirist.tech)
