As we expand globally, we’re looking for a DevOps leader who can architect, automate, secure, and scale infrastructure that powers AI for millions.Role Description We are looking for aDevOps Leadto own and drive the architecture, automation, security, and operations of our AI/ML infrastructure. This role combines hands-on engineering with leadership responsibilities and requires expertise in multi-cloud, Kubernetes, DevSecOps, reliability, and compliance (SOC2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR).The ideal candidate has strong technical depth, mentoring experience, and the ability to design and operate scalable, secure, highly available cloud environments.Key Responsibility Lead DevOps/SRE teams and drive infrastructure strategy across AWS, GCP, and Azure Architect and manage Kubernetes clusters (EKS/GKE/AKS), GPU workloads, and multi-region systems Build CI/CD pipelines and standardize Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform, Helm, etc. Implement DevSecOps practices and ensure ongoing compliance with SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO 27001, GDPR Own monitoring, reliability, performance, and incident response across all environments Manage databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis) and multi-cloud storage for AI data Collaborate with engineering, security, and leadership on platform roadmap and scalability Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and leadershipQualifications 7+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering Strong hands-on experience with AWS/GCP/Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, and Linux Experience leading teams or mentoring engineers in complex production environments Proven expertise in cloud security, IAM, encryption, secrets management, and vulnerability management Practical understanding of SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR, ISO 27001 controls and implementation Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning experience across distributed systems Knowledge of service mesh, autoscaling strategies, and multi-cloud networking Background supporting Node.js, Python, Java, or similar backend stacks Experience with GPU clusters, AI/ML pipelines, model serving, or high-performance compute Experience designing resilient architectures with multi-region failover and DR plans Strong hands-on experience with cloud identity and access services (IAM, service accounts, app registrations, etc.).Nice to Have Experience designing and operating on-premise and air-gapped (air-tight) infrastructure environments.
