Job Title : Adobe Campaign

Experience Required : 2+ Years

Job Summary :


We are seeking a skilled and proactive Adobe Campaign Technical Specialist with hands-on experience in campaign creation, workflow development, log analysis, and connector scripting. The ideal candidate will also be adept at managing technical issues with Adobe support and ensuring seamless campaign execution across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities :


Campaign Development & Execution :


- Design, build, and deploy marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign Manager (Classic or Standard).

- Configure workflows, delivery templates, and audience targeting logic.

Technical Workflow Management :


- Develop and maintain connectors and scripts to integrate Adobe Campaign with other platforms (e.g., CRM, data warehouses).

- Automate campaign processes and ensure data flow integrity.

Log Analysis & Troubleshooting :


- Monitor campaign logs and system performance.

- Identify and resolve errors or bottlenecks in workflows and deliveries.

Issue Management :


- Raise and follow up on technical issues with Adobe support.

- Document resolutions and maintain a knowledge base for recurring issues.

Collaboration & Documentation :


- Work closely with marketing, data, and IT teams to align campaign strategies with business goals.

- Maintain detailed documentation of workflows, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.

Required Skills & Qualifications :


- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign Manager (Classic or Standard).

- Strong understanding of campaign workflows, data schemas, and delivery mechanisms.

- Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, or XML for scripting and connector development.

- Experience with log analysis, error debugging, and performance optimization.

- Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and integration techniques.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :


- Adobe Campaign Certification.

- Experience with other Adobe Experience Cloud tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target).

- Exposure to marketing automation and customer journey orchestration.
