About the Role:- We are seeking a highly motivated and growth-driven individual to join our Sales Team.- This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 2-5 years of experience who is eager to learn and contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment within the exciting healthcare sector.- We are committed to investing in the development of the right candidate, providing mentorship and guidance from industry experts.- In this role, you will have the opportunity to work across diverse aspects of our healthcare business.- You will be working directly with industry experts and be mentored by experienced professionals, accelerating your learning and career trajectory.- This role offers a unique chance to make a real impact in the healthcare industry while building a strong foundation for your future. What You'll Do?- Connect with potential customers, understand their needs, and offer the best solutions.- Drive revenue growth through lead generation, prospecting, and follow-ups.- Build and nurture relationships with c-suite clients-because great sales come from trust.- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless sales process.- Hit (or exceed) sales targets and celebrate those wins.- Stay ahead of industry trends and market dynamics to identify new opportunities. What Makes You a Great Fit?- 5-7 years of experience in sales or a related field (hitting sales targets is a plus).- Good communication skills-don't worry if you're not perfect; what matters is your willingness to learn.- Motivated, ambitious, and driven-we love self-starters who push boundaries.- Adaptable and industry-agnostic-you can navigate different sectors with ease.- Startup experience?
