Responsibilities Conduct research on competitors’ products; independently design and integrate core mechanical components for laser machinery. Understand mainstream manufacturing platforms suited to local markets and supply chains; continuously provide feedback to optimize product performance and configuration. Ensure designs meet market demand with localized and personalized technical solutions implemented in new equipment. Apply appropriate new technologies, processes, and solutions to local products and implement them on new machines. Proficient in 3D CAD design software; solid understanding of mechanical engineering principles with hands-on experience in finite element analysis (FEA). Responsible for designing additional configurations per contract requirements, customizing standard machines with optional features based on client needs. Handle after-sales design modifications for customized machines.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related fields. Experience in R&D for laser cutting machines/ CNC machines/ woodworking machinery is a strong plus. 5-7 years of relevant working experience. Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
