Global Business Development Lead

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth in UAE and USA markets.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Set clear sales targets and KPIs and work closely with the Sales team to achieve them.
Business Development & Account Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers in both the UAE and USA markets.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects and generate new business opportunities.
- Identify potential partnerships, joint ventures, and other business development opportunities to expand the company's footprint.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms and customer satisfaction.
Market Expansion & Networking:
- Leverage your established network in the UAE and USA to generate leads, referrals, and business growth.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company and build new business relationships.
- Stay updated on regional market trends, customer needs, and regulatory changes.
Sales Execution:
- Work closely with the marketing team to create tailored sales materials, proposals, and presentations that resonate with local audiences.
- Ensure timely and efficient execution of sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Track sales performance, analyze results, and optimize strategies for continuous improvement.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Customer Support, to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to senior management.
- Offer insights and feedback to shape product offerings and service
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales in the IT industry, with a focus on the UAE and USA markets.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing sales strategies and achieving targets.
- Extensive professional network in both UAE and USA markets.
Skills:
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand client needs, market dynamics, and competitor landscape.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Language:
- Proficiency in English is required.

- Experience working in a multicultural, international environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
