Job Description: Role Overview As aSenior AI Product Engineer , you will be part of a small, high-impact team of 2–3 engineers dedicated to building AI-driven features. You will be a hands-on contributor, responsible for designing and delivering AI-powered capabilities within Vantage. While primarily an individual-contributor role, you will also providearchitectural and systems design recommendationsto ensure AI integrations are reliable, secure, and scalable. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, full-stack engineers, and domain experts to translate complex workflows into elegant, AI-driven solutions.Key Responsibilities Design and deliver AI-first product featuressuch as contract summarization, semantic search, guided workflows, and benchmarking insights. Integrate and orchestrate LLMs(OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, etc.) into product workflows using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or custom orchestration. Implement RAG pipelinesand embedding-based search with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector). Prototype and iterate rapidly , experimenting with prompts, models, and workflows to optimize user-facing outcomes. Contribute across the stack —Python for AI workflows, React + NestJS for seamless product integration. Advise on architecture and systems designto ensure AI features are performant, cost-effective, and maintainable. Collaborate with product leadersto define use cases, success metrics, and user experience expectations. Instrument and monitor AI featuresto measure quality, performance, and adoption. Evaluate emerging AI tools and providersto recommend improvements that accelerate delivery and improve ROI.Why Join Us?
