Paloma POS is committed to transforming the food industry with innovative technology and empowering businesses to achieve growth.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote position for an AI Backend Developer. In this role, you will focus on developing and maintaining backend systems that power AI-driven functionalities for Paloma POS. Responsibilities include designing and implementing solutions for pattern recognition, supporting natural language processing (NLP) features, working with neural network architectures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will also ensure system scalability, performance optimization, and integration with frontend and external fintech services.Qualifications- Expertise in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks to build and refine AI models - Strong background in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, and system design - Hands-on experience in Software Development, with proficiency in programming languages like Python, Go, and TypeScript - Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and tools - Familiarity with cloud platforms and services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud - Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities - Experience with database systems and handling large datasets is a plus - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
