Job Role : Backend Engineer – AI ApplicationsExperience:2–5 YearsLocation:HyderabadEmployment Type:Full-TimeWork Mode:HybridAbout UsWe are aStealth-Mode AI Startupbuilding next-generationAI Infrastructure and Applicationsthat empower enterprises to deploy intelligent systems at scale.Our work spans acrossGenerative AI, Agentic Frameworks, Cloud Platforms, and AI Infrastructure , solving complex business problems with cutting-edge technology.If you are passionate about building robust backend systems for AI-driven applications — this is your opportunity to work with a team of exceptional engineers, product thinkers, and AI researchers.Role OverviewWe’re looking for an experiencedBackend Engineerwith hands-on experience inAI Agentic Frameworks(such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, or similar).You will be responsible for designing and developing scalable backend systems that integrate AI models, pipelines, and agents for real-world enterprise use cases.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop backend systems that power AI-driven applications and agents.IntegrateLLM frameworksand APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, etc.) into production-grade environments.Build RESTful and GraphQL APIs to connect front-end and AI services.Develop data pipelines, task orchestration, and microservices for AI workflows.Collaborate with AI researchers, frontend developers, and product teams to deliver scalable solutions.Optimize system performance, reliability, and security.Deploy and manage backend services oncloud platforms(AWS / GCP / Azure).Required Skills & Experience2–5 yearsof backend development experience inPython ,Node.js , orGo .Hands-on experience withAI Agentic frameworkssuch asLangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, Haystack , or similar.Strong understanding ofAPIs, microservices, and distributed systems .Experience working withLLMs, embeddings, vector databases(e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus).Familiarity withdata engineering concepts ,model deployment , andAI pipelines .Proficiency withcloud services(AWS, GCP, or Azure) andcontainerization(Docker, Kubernetes).Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and ability to work in fast-paced environments.Preferred QualificationsPrior experience building or integratingAI copilots, agents, or RAG-based systems .Exposure toPrompt Engineering ,API Gateway design , orLLM fine-tuning workflows .Experience withFastAPI, Flask, or Djangofor API development.Contributions to open-source AI or agentic framework projects are a plus.
