About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager (BDM) International Sales to expand our software solutions into global markets. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in B2B software sales, a proven track record in international business development, and a deep understanding of customer needs across geographies.
Key Responsibilities (KRA):
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in international markets for software products and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients, partners, and distributors.
- Create and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and emerging opportunities.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Represent the company in international trade shows, virtual events, and client meetings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions based on client requirements.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and timely updates on CRM.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and action plans to the leadership team.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly international sales KPIs and revenue targets.
Required Skillsets:
- Proven experience in B2B international sales of software products or SaaS solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of global sales dynamics and cross-cultural client handling.
- Ability to identify customer pain points and offer consultative solutions.
- Knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to understand and explain software functionality.
- Ability to work independently with a self-starter attitude.
- Willingness to work across time zones and travel internationally if Bachelors degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing/International Business (preferred but not mandatory).
