Position: Legal Intern – Disputes and Contracts

Location: Bangalore, India

Duration: 3-6 months


Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Legal Intern to assist our legal team in managing disputes and contract-related matters. This role is ideal for fresh LLB graduates or final-year law students eager to gain hands-on experience in dispute resolution, legal research, and contract review. The intern will have the opportunity to work on real-world cases, contribute to dispute strategies, and support the team in ensuring compliance with legal standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing disputes by conducting legal research and drafting case summaries.
  • Support the preparation of documentation for ongoing disputes, including drafting responses, notices, and rejoinders.
  • Maintain a repository of dispute-related documents and help track deadlines for filings and responses.
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing various contracts, such as commercial agreements, vendor contracts, and client agreements.
  • Research case laws, regulations, and best practices related to dispute resolution and prepare concise reports.


Requirements:

  • LLB degree (fresh graduate or final-year law student).
  • Interest in dispute resolution, arbitration, and contracts.
  • Basic understanding of Indian laws related to disputes, contracts, and arbitration.
  • Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Proactive attitude with attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

Work Environment:

Compensation:

You will be paid a stipend of INR 25,000 per month.
