Job Title : SAP IS Retail Consultant - S/4HANALocation : Pune (Kharadi) Preferred / Bangalore (Hybrid Mode - Mandatory)Experience : 10+ YearsEmployment Type : Full-Time Role Purpose :We are hiring an experienced SAP IS Retail Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in S/4HANA, SAP SD, and SAP MM. This is a critical role that involves delivering end-to-end SAP Retail solutions, managing implementations, supporting transformation projects, and integrating with legacy systems.If you are passionate about retail business processes and SAP innovations, and thrive in hybrid client-facing environments - we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities :- Implement and support SAP IS Retail solutions with integration across SD, MM, and legacy systems.- Drive the end-to-end configuration and deployment of SAP retail functionalities including Merchandising, Assortment, Listing, and Pricing.- Perform data migration activities from legacy platforms to S/4HANA.- Ensure solution design is in line with business requirements and SAP standards. - Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying and implementing enhancements in SAP systems.- Collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.- Provide documentation, testing, and deployment support.- Stay updated on latest SAP retail and S/4HANA trends. Must-Have Qualifications & Skills :- 10+ years of experience in SAP SD/MM with 5+ years in SAP IS Retail projects (implementation/support).- Strong understanding of S/4HANA Retail - especially Simple SCM, Sales Order, Billing, Deliveries, Goods Issue, and SD Master Data.- Hands-on experience in Merchandising, Assortment Planning, Listing, and Retail Pricing.- Experience with data migration to S/4HANA environments.- Strong knowledge of integration between SAP Retail and legacy systems.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex business and technical issues.- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Nice-to-Have Skills :- Experience with SAP WM / EWM modules.- S/4HANA transformation or greenfield implementation exposure.- Familiarity with project methodologies like PMP, PRINCE2, or APICS certifications.- Prior experience working in retail or consumer goods industry domains.
