About the RoleWe are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Assistant Performance Marketing Manager to help scale our paid marketing efforts. You will work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns aimed at driving customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.Key Responsibilities- Assist in strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.- Monitor key metrics (CPI, CPA, CTR, ROAS) and recommend actionable improvements.- Coordinate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to boost campaign performance.- Manage allocated ad budgets to maximize ROI and ensure cost-effectiveness.- Prepare and present weekly/monthly campaign performance reports with data-driven insights.- Work closely with BI team to get granular data understanding for further improving campaign approach.- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, competitor strategies, and platform updates.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SEO, content, design, sales) to ensure cohesive marketing Skills & Qualifications- Bachelors/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.- 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing with proven ROI delivery.- Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager.- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting.- Familiarity with CRO, retargeting, and funnel optimization strategies.- Ability to steer the team in a new direction depending on the requirements.- Excellent communication, project management, and multitasking abilities.
