Roles and responsibilities


  • Responsible for month end financial close process for the GCC in India
  • Responsible for cash payments, pay
  • Works closely with CLIENT Financial Reporting to consolidate India GCC financial ledger into CLIENT’s financial system.
  • Works closely with the CLIENT tax department on transfer pricing transactions between the US and India.
  • Creates the annual opex and capex budget and presents to ITG leadership
  • Responds to tax related questions from internal stakeholders timely and mitigate potential tax exposures and risks.
  • Audits the security of financial information of completing timely database backups by India Finance Team.
  • Maintains aligned chart of Accounts for Tally and HOST
  • Works closely with CLIENT service lines to ensure costs transferring from India to US ITG departments or CLIENT business units.
  • Research and analyze monthly financial general ledger actuals, budget and material variances Works closely with the India HR and Payroll team to maintain a roster of GCC employees and org charts are accurate
  • Performs reconciliation of payroll files
  • Helps with funds management- monitoring monthly projections for debt draw- downs, bank reconciliations, spot trades between USD and INR, and monitor cash flow and liquidity management to support day to day operations
  • Identify key risks in operational and financial environment and develop an understanding of business processes, goals, and strategy to provide analysis and interpretation to management Designs and executes comprehensive audits to address the identified risks
  • Helps the management team develop strategies and plans to achieve the organization’s financial goals


Must have skills


  • Proven experience in accounting and financial management
  • Experience in using accounting software and financial tools
  • Experience in financial analysis or auditing
  • Preferred experience in global finance/ accounting
  • Working in a dynamic environment
