Website: Headquarters: HSR Layout, BangaloreAbout the Role We are looking for a skilled2D Illustratorwho can transform architectural drawings and layouts into clean, visually engaging2D apartment floor plans. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design and accuracy, understands architectural layouts, and can communicate spatial information clearly through illustration. Key Responsibilities Create high-quality2D floor plan illustrationsfrom architectural drawings, blueprints, or AutoCAD files. Ensure illustrations accurately reflectdimensions, proportions, and layout details. Apply consistentcolor schemes, textures, icons, and furniture placementsto make plans visually appealing and easy to understand. Collaborate with the design, marketing, and architecture teams to align style and output quality. Deliver final illustrations in the required formats (PNG, SVG, PDF, etc.) and within deadlines. Maintain a clean and organized file structure for all visual assets. Requirements Proven experience as a2D Illustratoror similar role, preferably in real estate, architecture, or interior design. Strong proficiency inAdobe Illustrator,Photoshop, or similar vector-based tools. Ability tointerpret architectural plansand translate them into clear, simplified visuals. Understanding ofcolor theory, scale, and composition. Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines. (Optional) Familiarity withAutoCADorSketchUpfor basic plan referencing. Nice to Have Experience working with3D visualizationormarketing materialsfor real estate. Understanding ofbranding and layout designfor brochures or websites.
