Title : Patient Care Specialist Note : This role involves speaking to the patients on video call/voice call/chat Degree : A degree in any health/medical science/bio-related field Location : Noida Experience : 1-3 Years Working Days : 6 Days (Sunday off) Salary : 20-25kRoles & ResponsibilitiesEngage with paid HealthTick users to ensure they have a smooth, supportive, and positive program experience. Identify and resolve patient issues by coordinating with the relevant internal teams (coaches, tech, operations, etc.). Provide proactive support to paid users—checking in on their progress, preventing issues before they arise, and guiding them when needed. Offer customer support to unpaid users via calls and messages, ensuring their questions are answered clearly and politely. Maintain accurate records of user interactions, issues raised, and follow-ups to ensure continuity of care. Escalate critical concerns promptly to the appropriate team to avoid delays and ensure user satisfaction. Communicate in a warm, empathetic, and solution-oriented manner at all times, upholding HealthTick’s service standards.Who we're looking for To thrive at HealthTick, you’ll need a passion for helping people and a knack for making complex topics simple.
