Responsibilities :

● Represent the customer. Actively try to understand and build products and features by keeping customers in mind.

● Understand the needs of our customers to define the product features-experiences as per the vision, strategy and the roadmap for your product area

● Develop a deep understanding of our customers and build the best product user experiences on their behalf through market research, experimentation, user testing, and data analysis

● Define and document product requirements, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.

● Work closely with engineering and design teams to translate product requirements into actionable plans. Participate in product design reviews, provide feedback on user experience, and ensure product quality.

● Assist in planning and execution of product-feature launches, including coordinating with marketing, and customer experience teams.

● Monitor product performance metrics and gather user feedback to inform future iterations.

● Utilize data analytics tools to track product performance, identify trends, and measure the impact of product decisions. Extract meaningful insights from data to drive product improvements.

● Work with cross-functional team (engineering, design, analytics, business etc.) to deliver on the product outcome


Key Skills Required :

● 1 -3 years of relevant product management experience (Finance/investments domain experience is a +).

● Empathy towards needs, concerns and experience of the end user of the product.

● Strong analytical skills and a passion for data-driven decision making.

● Strong Product Thinking

● Strong problem solving

● Technology grounding

● Knowledge of user experience (UX) principles and design thinking.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.

● Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.

● Good to have: Knowledge of SQL and data analysis tools.
