About Astra: We are looking for a Jr. Visual Designer who is passionate about turning ideas into visuals that make people stop scrolling and start engaging. If you love combining creativity with precision, enjoy collaborating with marketers and developers, and want to see your work make an impact, we would love to talk to you.Location: Chennai (Hybrid, 2–3 days a week in office)What you will be doing: You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to bring campaigns, product features, and brand storytelling to life. Your work will include: Collaborating with the marketing team to understand campaign requirements and converting concepts into eye-catching designs Designing landing page wireframes, page elements, mobile-responsive layouts, and product mockups Creating eBooks, brochures, infographics, feature banners, and branded presentation templates Producing static and animated creatives for LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and YouTube (images, GIFs, carousels, short videos) Designing visuals for blogs, email newsletters, and campaign landing pages Editing live-action videos with intros, outros, animations, and title cards Creating short animated videos for marketing campaigns Helping define and maintain brand guidelines across all touchpoints Working with marketing and frontend teams to review feedback and iterate designs quicklyYou will be a great fit if you have: 1 to 4 years of design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or tech marketing Strong understanding of design principles such as layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), and Canva. Familiarity with Spline, Sketch, Blender, or LottieFiles is a plus Good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects at once A friendly, collaborative attitude, open to feedback but confident in presenting your ideas Comfort with a hybrid work setup. You will co-work from our Chennai location 2 to 3 days a week and work remotely for the rest A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field is a plus but not mandatoryBonus points if you have Experience in creating motion graphics, explainer videos, and product walkthroughs Skills in 2D and 3D animation tools such as After Effects, Adobe Animate, Blender, Cinema 4D, or Maya Proficiency in creating and integrating Lottie animations for web and mobile interfaces Ability to storyboard and plan animated content for marketing campaigns Understanding of sound design basics for enhancing video contentWhy you will love working here: Be part of a fast-growing cybersecurity SaaS company making a global impact.
