Position OverviewTheVisual Designer & Associate Art Directorwill collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualise, design, and execute high-impact visual communications that align with the brand’s luxury positioning. The role requires a balance of creativity, leadership, and aesthetic judgment, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. The ideal candidate should be a proactive team player with an eye for detail and a willingness to travel for photo shoots, brand events, and campaign execution. Key ResponsibilitiesConceptualize and design creative campaigns, visual assets, and communication materials for both digital and print platforms. Define and uphold the brand’s visual identity across marketing, packaging, retail, and social media channels. Collaborate with photographers, stylists, and copywriters to deliver cohesive brand narratives. Manage all stages of the design process — from concept and storyboard to final execution. Provide creative direction for photo and video shoots, ensuring aesthetics align with brand tone. Supervise junior designers and interns, fostering a collaborative and growth-driven work environment. Stay informed about design trends, materials, and techniques relevant to luxury and fashion brands. Required Skills & AttributesStrong conceptual thinking and visual storytelling ability. Excellent management and leadership skills. Proficiency inAdobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) . Working knowledge ofCanvaand other design tools. Keen sense of layout, composition, color, and typography. Strong communication and coordination skills. Willingness to learn new design trends and technologies. Team-oriented, detail-driven, and deadline-focused approach. Education & Preferred InstitutesGraduate or Postgraduate inB.DesorFashion Communicationfrom one of the following institutions: NIFT ,IICD ,NID ,Srishti Manipal Institute of Art, Design & Technology , orJD Institute of Fashion Technology .
