We are looking for a Freelance Junior Mechanical Engineer to support our client’s industrial projects on a project-by-project basis. This is a remote, freelance role tailored for candidates with foundational experience in mechanical engineering and strong 3D modeling skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert 2D drawings into detailed 3D models using SolidWorks
- Prepare technical and manufacturing drawings based on 3D designs
- Participate in the design and development process for machinery and components
- Support manufacturing documentation for industrial equipment
- Collaborate remotely with the team to complete assigned project tasks within deadlines
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience in mechanical design or related fields
- Proficiency in SolidWorks is a must
- Understanding of technical drawings and the ability to create production-ready drawings
- Ability to work independently and manage task-based deadlines
- Strong communication and professional working proficiency in English
Work Structure & Compensation
- This is a project-based freelance position
- No fixed daily working hours — we value on-time delivery over clocked hours
