We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual Tester to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in functional, database, performance, and security testing, along with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases based on business and technical requirements.

- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing to validate software applications.

- Conduct API testing to verify integrations, request/response handling, and error cases.

- Execute database testing (SQL/Oracle) by writing and validating queries to ensure data integrity.

- Perform performance and load testing to identify bottlenecks and ensure system reliability under stress.

- Carry out security testing to detect vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security standards.

- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to resolve issues and improve product quality.

- Document test results, log defects, and track them to closure.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in Manual Testing.

- Strong knowledge of Functional Testing and SDLC/STLC.

- Experience in database testing using SQL/Oracle.

- Hands-on experience in API Testing (using tools like Postman/SoapUI).

- Exposure to performance/load testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, etc.).

- Basic knowledge of security testing concepts.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Good to Have :

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.

- Basic scripting knowledge for automation (added advantage).

- Experience with bug-tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
