Job Location : Andheri East Mon - FridayKey Responsibilities: Conduct legal research, analysis, and updates on regulatory changes relevant to the business. Draft and review legal agreements, and contracts (NDAs, service agreements, vendor contracts, etc.). Prepare compliance checklists and maintain documentation and records. Provide support on corporate actions such as M&A, Corporate Finance, Capital Markets, and other general corporate matters. Support the business on day-to-day legal queries and provide timely advice. Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Participate in process improvement initiatives within the legal function. Assisting in obtaining various business licenses and registrations. Involve in automation and templating initiatives collaborating with internal / external technology service providers to deliver automated solutions for legal documents.Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in law (BLS/LLB) 2+ years of post-qualification experience, preferably in financial services, NBFCs, or a law firm handling trade finance or corporate advisory Strong understanding of contract law, company law, and RBI / FEMA-related regulations Excellent drafting, communication, and analytical skills Eager to learn and grow within a dynamic corporate environment. High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
