Position:Senior Executive – Procurement (BOS Contracting) Department:Procurement Location:Ahmedabad Company:Soleos Energy Pvt. Ltd About Us Soleos Energy Pvt. Role Overview We are looking for a proactiveSenior Executive – Procurement (BOS Contracting)with at least1 year of experienceinBalance of System (BOS) contracting . The role involves vendor management, contract finalization and procurement of BOS components and services essential for solar EPC projects. Key Responsibilities Manage procurement ofBOS items and services , including structures, cables, transformers, switchgear, SCADA, and civil/electrical works. Identify, evaluate and finalize vendors/subcontractors for BOS packages. Prepare and issueRFQs, comparative statements and purchase orders . Negotiate terms on cost, quality and timelines with vendors/contractors. Coordinate with engineering and project teams to align procurement with project requirements. Monitor vendor performance, delivery schedules and contract compliance. Maintain proper documentation and reports for procurement activities. Requirements Bachelor’s degree/Diploma inEngineering, Supply Chain, or related field . Minimum1 year of experience in BOS contracting/procurement(solar industry experience preferred). Understanding ofsolar EPC procurement processesand project timelines. Strong vendor management and negotiation skills. Familiarity withcontract terms, billing, and compliance requirements . Proficiency in MS Office; exposure to ERP systems is an advantage. Good communication and coordination skills. What We Offer Opportunity to grow in afast-expanding solar EPC company .
