- Experience with scoped application development.

3rd party integration experience with the ServiceNow platform using :

- REST

- SOAP

- SFTP

- MID

Familiar with the following languages :

- HTML

- CSS

- XML

- JavaScript

- AJAX

- ANGULAR

- Additional Skills And Experience Should Include

- Implementations of ServiceNow in multiple modules:

- Core competency to CIS level in at least one additional ServiceNow module to ITSM

- Service Portal design, implementation, and management

- Integrating Request Management with 3rd party tools.

Courses :

- ITIL Foundation

- ServiceNow Administrator

- ServiceNow Integration experience with 3rd party tools

- Certified Implementation Specialist (in one mainline area)

- Familiarity with industry-standard communication protocols such as HTTP, TCP, SNMP, SOAP, and REST.
