Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Work with various business units to understand their integration requirements and build integration design documents.
- Provide in-depth technical support, troubleshooting and diagnostic support for both individual integration pipelines and the overall SnapLogic ecosystem.
- Define and drive integration strategies and methods and then plan them in accordance with established deadlines and time schedules.
- Monitor the health and performance of the overall SnapLogic ecosystem.
- Identify and raise performance or system issues (CPU utilization, memory, permissions, etc.).
- Maintain and support ongoing integrations.
- Perform code (pipeline) migrations.
- Configure and troubleshoot snap packs and custom API builds.
- Collaborate with a global team in designing, architecting, and developing integrations.
- Provide input on business and IT strategy to provide technical/architectural guidance on various service areas.
- Mentor and guide junior developers and integration engineers on technology and documentation.
- Collaborating with other engineers/developers to create solutions to provided requirements and specifications.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Data Analytics or Software Engineering or Mathematics preferred.

**Minimum Experience Requirements**:

- 7+ years hands experience with SnapLogic or other middleware platforms.
- 8+ years of overall experience in web services architecture/microservices.
- Experience in building integrations using API is required.
- Experience with NetSuite, ServiceNow, Salesforce and UKG is a plus.
- Strong skills in SnapLogic expression language, routers and mappers.
- Strong knowledge in SQL, JSON, REST, JavaScript.
- Good verbal & written communication skills.
- A capacity for working with mínimal supervision in complex projects with considerable responsibility and thorough knowledge of SDLC.
- Demonstrated techniques in problem solving.

**Other Requirements**:

- Experience in eDiscovery not required but preferred.
- Experience in Azure a plus.
- Salesforce, NetSuite, and/or ServiceNow certification a plus.
