Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager - Serialisation with strong experience in pharmaceutical supply chain operations and serialization processes.

This role supports both implementation and maintenance of country-specific and global serialization solutions in compliance with regulatory standards.

The position calls for close collaboration with international stakeholders across production sites, packaging, affiliates, and IT.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive Country Serialization Implementation.

- Analyze and interpret regulatory requirements for Serialization and UDI across international markets.

- Coordinate end-to-end implementation with affiliates, labelling, production, and IT teams.

- Lead Go-Live preparation and training sessions for local affiliate teams.

- Maintenance & Support for Global Serialization Solution.

- Perform daily alert handling and issue triage with the global team.

- Maintain dashboards and reporting tools; assess critical alerts and follow-up.

- Support country-specific serialization solutions, including the complex IT setup.

Optimization & Governance:

- Identify opportunities to automate or enhance existing serialization tools and tasks.

- Participate in governance processes and ensure systems and workflows are operating as intended.

- Contribute to documentation, SOPs, and global SharePoint structuring.

- Stakeholder Collaboration.

- Engage with cross-functional teams including Serialization & UDI Expansion, IT, supply chain partners, packaging, and QA.

- Prepare concise presentations and communicate technical concepts effectively across the organization.

Required Skills:

- 5+ years of experience in supply chain management within the pharmaceutical domain.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP ECC and ATTP/ICH systems.

- Exposure to Lean principles and agile methodologies preferred.

- Familiarity with analytics/reporting tools such as Alteryx and Tableau is a plus.

Education:

- Master's degree (MSc, MBA or equivalent) in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Computer Science.

- Strong stakeholder and communication skills (both verbal and written).

- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Ability to thrive both independently and within cross-functional global teams.

- Culturally aware with the flexibility to work across time zones and diverse business units.

- High degree of adaptability is necessary due to unpredictable and ad-hoc assignments.

- Business Analyst skillset will be valuable in handling complex data models and solutioning.
