The Senior Manager - Accounts & Taxation will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of statutory audit, direct and indirect taxation, and financial closing processes.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical acumen in IND AS, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial planning.

This role requires proven leadership in managing teams and handling the end-to-end accounting cycle in large-scale organizations with turnovers exceeding - 100 Cr.

Statutory Audit & Financial Reporting:

- Conduct detailed variance analysis of the Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Cash Flow Statement, providing clear reasoning and supporting documentation.

- Review and finalize statutory audit workings, ensuring full compliance with audit and regulatory standards.

- Prepare and analyze financial statements as per IND AS, including consolidated financials for group entities.

Direct Taxation:

- Calculate Deferred Tax in compliance with IND AS.

- Review assessment orders, manage Transfer Pricing documentation, and oversee income tax computations and filings.

- Verify TDS deductions, manage reconciliations, and ensure timely compliance with TDS provisions.

- Represent the company in responding to Income Tax and TDS notices.

Indirect Taxation (GST):

- Preparation and timely filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B returns.

- Reconciliation and validation of GSTR-2A & GSTR-2B with books of accounts.

- Monitor and update cash, credit, and liability ledgers.

- Ensure accurate and timely accounting of liabilities under the Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM).

Financial Closures & Banking:

- Independently manage month-end and year-end closing activities, including the preparation of journal entries and financial statements.

- Coordinate and lead internal audits and statutory audits.

- Prepare Credit Monitoring Arrangement (CMA) data for submission to banks and financial institutions.

- Manage documentation and financial analysis for obtaining and monitoring bank facilities such as Term Loans, OD/CC, and FCTL
