Drove business development, marketing initiatives & achieved booking targets. Built strong relationships with doctors, referral partners, and patients. Conducted regular reporting (daily/weekly/monthly) across operations, finance & HR. Managed centre budgeting, cost control, billing, and financial reconciliation.
