Partner with SMEs to definedata mappingsand functional requirements. Providebest-practice guidanceon CSM/OM data models and their impact on processes. Managelarge-scale data extractions and transformationsinto ServiceNow formats. Handle all data objects withinCSM/OM processes(accounts, sold products, functional products, CIs, contacts, contracts). What We’re Looking For 6+ yearsof hands-on experience as aBusiness Analyst / Product Manager / Product Owneron the ServiceNow platform. Strong knowledge of: CSM(Case Management, CSM Portal) Order Management(ServiceNow or similar tools) ServiceNow Platform&CSDM Data Mapping, Data Models, API Integration Familiarity withITIL ,Agile SCRUM , and large transformation projects. Bonus: Experience withCSM/OM best practicesandimpact analysis .
