Job Description :


- Understand the values and vision of the organization and align the activities accordingly

- Protect the Intellectual Property

- Adhere to all the policies and procedures

- Understand the delivery process and participate in the client related support.

- Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements

- Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects

- Positive attitude and zeal to learn is a must requirement.

- SAP S/4 HANA experience will be an added advantage.

- Must have knowledge of EC, & Indian Payroll implementation experience

- Must have knowledge of OM, PA, TM & Indian Payroll implementation

- ESS, MSS, EP, Travel Management implementation experience will be an added advantage.

- Experience of Success factors will be an added advantage.

- Knowledge of HR ABAP will be an added advantage.

- Consultant should be well-versed with all the integrated modules like FI

- Shall be able to implement Indian Payroll independently

- Must have successfully implemented 1+ end to end implementation projects in manufacturing domain.

- The Consultant facilitates the implementation and support of respective module to enhance the clients business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.

- Must have working experience on Indian Companies.

- Must be from North India (Hindi - English Speaking) only.
