Responsibilities :

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams on Oracle Cloud Fusion implementations.

- Lead the design and development of technical solutions using Oracle Cloud Fusion applications, OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), ADF (Oracle Application Development Framework), BI Publisher, and workflows.

- Possess extensive experience with Oracle Fusion modules (Financials, Supply Chain, etc.) and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of core submodules like AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Accounts Reconciliation, etc.

- Lead the development and implementation of extensions, customizations, and integrations with third-party systems using Oracle PaaS (Platform as a Service) services.

- Manage and oversee Oracle Cloud Fusion implementation projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.

- Effectively communicate with stakeholders, manage expectations, and provide regular project updates.

Methodology Expertise :


- Implement and follow best practices within the Oracle Unified Methodology framework.

- Proven consulting experience in leading and delivering successful Oracle Cloud Fusion projects.

Qualifications :

- Minimum 12 years of experience in technical design, development, and systems integration of Oracle ERP solutions.

- Strong experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for at least 5 years.

- Extensive experience with report creation tools like BI Publisher and Oracle ADF.

- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials modules (AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Accounts Reconciliation, etc.

- Experience with at least 3-4 Oracle Cloud Fusion implementation projects involving PaaS services for integrations and customizations.

- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and deliver exceptional customer service.

- Strong understanding of the Oracle Unified Methodology.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Desired Skills :

- Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM (Human Capital Management) and other Fusion modules a plus.

- Experience with cloud deployment models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).

- Experience with DevOps methodologies and tools.

- Proven leadership and team management skills
