As a QA Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our business applications.

Your responsibilities include :

Test Automation Management :

- Develop and maintain test automation management plans and scripts using Selenium.

- Utilize the N+1 model, combining experience in both automation and manual testing.

- Implement and manage test frameworks.

Test Automation Tools and Roadmaps :

- Install, own, and maintain test automation tools.

- Ensure the software lifecycle of test automation management tools is up to date.

Test Development and Execution :

- Set up and automate test development, including system integration testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing) environments, and smoke and regression testing.

- Meet test automation project schedules for each sprint, with approval from customers and the project team.

Testing and Debugging :

- Perform necessary testing of assigned systems and applications.

- Generate test data, write test scripts/execution sequences, examine test results, and debug detected errors.

- Develop clear, complete, and executable test scripts with high quality.

Error Identification and Documentation :

- Efficiently identify, research, document, and reorganize application and system errors/defects.

Collaboration and Reporting :

- Provide status reports and collaborate closely with development teams.

- Team Leadership :

- Lead and manage a team of at least four people.

Qualifications :

To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications :

Education and Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of industry-related professional experience and education.

Selenium Proficiency :

- At least 2 years of experience and proficiency with Selenium.

Software Testing and Quality Assurance :

- A minimum of 8 years of experience and proficiency in software testing and quality assurance practices.

Agile Environment :

- Experience working in an Agile development environment or an understanding of Agile software development concepts.

Effective Multitasking :

- Ability to effectively balance multiple tasks.

Communication and Organizational Skills :

- Excellent communication, organizational, technical, and project management skills.

Additional Skills :

- Familiarity with Azure DevOps (or similar experience with Git, Jira, or related tools).

- Passion for learning, mentoring, process automation, and software quality.
