Job Title: Business Development Manager / Head – Real Estate, Hospitality & Manufacturing Plant Setup Location:Ahmedabad Company:MKC Infrastructure Ltd.Position Overview We are looking for adynamic and strategic Business Development professionalwith proven experience inReal Estate Development, Hospitality (Hotels/Resorts) , andManufacturing Plant Setup / Industrial Projects . The incumbent will drivenew business opportunities , performfeasibility assessments , and spearheadgrowth initiativesacross multiple domains.Key Responsibilities Identify, evaluate, and developnew business opportunitiesinReal Estate, Hospitality, and Industrial sectors . Conductmarket research ,feasibility studies , andfinancial analysisfor new projects. Manageland sourcing, due diligence, and project negotiationswith key stakeholders. Establish and maintainrelationships with investors, landowners, hotel operators , andindustrial partners . LeadJV/JDA discussions ,franchise partnerships , andstrategic alliances . Support management inconcept planning and business modelingfor new developments. Collaborate withLegal, Finance, and Projectsteams fordeal structuring and execution . Represent the company atbusiness forums, exhibitions, and investor meetings .Required Experience 8–15 yearsof experience inBusiness Development, Project Development, or Corporate Strategy . Strong exposure inat least two domains : ✅Real Estate Development / Township Projects ✅Hotel & Resort Expansion / Hospitality Business ✅Manufacturing Plant Setup / Industrial Land Development Demonstrated success inland acquisition, deal sourcing, negotiations, JV/JDA structuring , andbusiness expansion . Sound knowledge ofgovernment norms, RERA, land laws , andregulatory approval processes . Qualifications MBAin Marketing / Business Development OR B.E./B.Tech (Civil / Mechanical)with proven Business Development experience Excellentcommunication, negotiation, and stakeholder managementskills Compensation Level Experience Senior BD Manager-8–10 years AGM / DGM – BD- 10–15 yearsInterested Candidates Can Share Their Updated Resume -jeena.sunil@evokehr.com
