Job Title:Payroll Manager – LATAM & APAC Regions Location:Bangalore Experience:8-10 yearsJob Description: We are looking for aPayroll Managerto manage end-to-end payroll operations acrossLATAM and APAC regions . The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge oflocal statutory compliance , experience invendor coordination , and a passion forprocess automation and improvement .Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple countries (LATAM & APAC). Ensure compliance with local statutory and labor laws. Independently coordinate with payroll vendors for timely and accurate deliverables. Drive process automation and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with HR Operations, Finance, and IT teams for seamless payroll execution. Prepare payroll reports, reconcile payroll records, and review vendor outputs. Support internal and external audits with relevant documentation and analysis. Train and mentor team members on payroll processes and compliance. Handle tight deadlines and resolve payroll-related issues efficiently.Desired Candidate Profile: Strong understanding oflocal payroll complianceand statutory regulations. Experience inmulti-country payroll(LATAM & APAC preferred). Excellentanalytical and problem-solvingskills. Basic knowledge ofCompensation & Benefitsandaccounting principles . Effectivecommunication skillsand ability to work cross-functionally. Experience inprocess automation toolsor payroll system enhancements. Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
