Job Title:Product & Delivery Associate – AI SolutionsLocation:Bangalore (In-Office) Job Type:Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are looking for aProduct & Delivery Associatewith a strong background inAI SaaS / Computer Vision based solution delivery. She/He will act as theprimary customer interface, responsible forgathering requirements, documentation, translating them into actionable tasks for the engineering team, managing execution through tools like JIRA, and ensuring timely and high-quality product delivery. Further, will also be responsible to jointly work with the Product Owner to define the product roadmap and structure client requirements into the pipeline. This role requires someone who can independently lead projects, maintain product lifecycle, manage multiple stakeholders, and maintain clear communication between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate has previouslyled end-to-end technology or AI projectsand is confident in managingcustomer relationship, delivery executionandproduct charter.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as theprimary point of contactfor clients, ensuring effective communication and relationship management. Client stakeholder management. Conductrequirement-gathering sessions, understand customer objectives, document the requirements and translate them into clear deliverables. Set realistic expectations and provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and dependencies. Represent the project inclient meetings, reviews, and steering committees.Product & Project Planning & ExecutionDefineproject scope, objectives, and timelinesin coordination with the Solution Owner and engineering team. Own the product charter. Develop and maintainproject plans, schedules, and status reports. Manage and track progress throughJIRA, ensuring sprint goals and timelines are met. Identify and managerisks, issues, and dependenciesproactively. Facilitatestand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectivesas required.Team Coordination & CommunicationCommunicate requirements and priorities clearly toengineering, AI/ML, and QA teams. Ensure alignment betweenbusiness objectivesandtechnical implementation. Follow up on task progress, resolve blockers, and maintain accountability. Document allkey decisions, dependencies, and deliverablesfor traceability.Reporting & DocumentationPrepare and shareweekly and monthly project reportswith stakeholders. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation ofproject status, risks, and key metrics. Track and report onresource utilization, milestone completion, and sprint performance.Key Qualifications3-5 yearsof experience inProject / Product Management, with relevant experiencein AI /Computer Vision or SaaS-based solution delivery. Proven experience inclient-facing roles, managing enterprise or government customers. Strong background inrequirement gathering, documentation, and delivery oversight. Hands-on experience withJIRA, Confluence, or other Agile project management tools. Demonstrated ability tolead cross-functional teamsanddeliver complex projects independently. Excellentcommunication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.Preferred SkillsDegree inEngineering / Sciences. Familiarity withAI/ML, Computer Vision, or data-driven platforms.
