About the Founder & CEO:

Ahana Gautam is an experienced operator with a passion to build and grow the biggest consumer brands in India. She has a B.Tech from IIT Bombay and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She started her career at P&G where she worked across multiple functions - supply chain, finance and marketing. Ahana grew her passion for food brands at General Mills in the US where she launched natural and organic products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Video Shooting & Production: Plan and shoot high-quality videos for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.

- Video Editing: Edit reels, stories, product demos, and brand films with a strong sense of storytelling.

- Graphic Design: Create engaging and on-brand creatives for digital platforms, ads, and campaigns.

- Packaging Design: Work on product packaging design aligned with brand identity.

- Content Ideation: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to brainstorm visual concepts that convert.

- Platform-Specific Content: Adapt creatives and videos for each platform's best practices.

You Bring:

- A strong portfolio of work (reels, social media content, packaging, etc.)

- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.

- Knowledge of trends across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

- A strong eye for aesthetics, branding, and detail.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet quick deadlines.
