Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Python Developer to design, develop, and optimize high-performance applications. You will be responsible for leading complex backend development, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities :


- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Python-based applications, APIs, and services.

- Lead end-to-end software development cycles - from requirement gathering to deployment.

- Work with frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI for backend development.

- Integrate and manage relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).

- Build and optimize RESTful & GraphQL APIs for high performance.

- Collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Write clean, modular, and testable code following industry best practices.

- Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews and sharing best practices.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

- Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5+ years of professional Python development experience in production environments.

- Strong expertise in at least one Python web framework (Django, Flask, FastAPI).

- Deep understanding of OOP, design patterns, and software architecture principles.

- Experience with RESTful API & GraphQL development.

- Proficient with relational and NoSQL databases.

- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization.

- Hands-on experience with Docker and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).

- Experience with asynchronous programming (asyncio, Celery, RabbitMQ, Kafka).

- Familiarity with version control (Git) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Solid understanding of application security best practices.

Good to Have :

- Experience with microservices architecture.

- Exposure to machine learning or data engineering workflows.

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).

- Frontend exposure (React, Vue, or Angular) for full-stack projects.

- Contribution to open-source projects or personal portfolio.

Soft Skills :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to lead projects and work independently.

- Continuous learning mindset and adaptability to new technologies.
