Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Architect to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python development and architecture, with a proven track record of designing and implementing scalable and robust systems.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing high-level architectures for Python-based applications;
  • Ensuring code quality, scalability, and robustness in architectural designs;
  • Selecting frameworks, tools, and best practices in Python development;
  • Providing mentorship to Python developers and ensuring alignment with architectural standards;
  • Facilitating code reviews, design discussions, and problem-solving sessions;
  • Developing reusable modules and libraries to streamline development processes;
  • Collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and propose technical solutions;
  • Maintaining clear communication with business leaders;
  • Staying updated on emerging Python technologies and integrating them into architectural designs where appropriate;
  • Leading continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and reduce technical debt.

  • Strong background in Python development and architecture;
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable and robust systems;
  • Experience with framework selection, tool choice, and best practice implementation in Python development;
  • Ability to provide mentorship and ensure alignment with architectural standards;
