Job Description:

Niramaya Soul is looking for a content creator to support our marketing initiatives. The content creator will be responsible for developing high-quality copy for websites, social media, marketing materials, and other platforms. To do so, they will learn all about and make significant contributions to Niramaya Soul’s branding and style guide to efficiently maximize the impact of content they generate. They will understand the successes and challenges of content from our market competitors and will share their learnings with co-workers and stakeholders to consistently deliver excellence.

Objectives of this role:

•Maximize consumer engagement with marketing content

•Share insights on competitor marketing content

•Develop Niramaya Soul’s marketing and branding presence throughout all channels

•Encourage collaboration to unify marketing output

•Improve Niramaya Soul’s search engine optimization (SEO) presence

•Widen Niramaya Soul’s marketing reach

Responsibilities: 

•Create and deliver high-quality content across various platforms, including blogs, social media, video, and email

•Write, edit, and proofread content for clarity, grammar, and style, ensuring it adheres to brand voice

•Collaborate with designers, video editors, and other content professionals to produce multimedia content

•Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve content visibility in search engines

•Monitor content performance and use analytics to refine content strategies and improve engagement

•Manage and update the content calendar to ensure timely content delivery

Skills and qualifications:

•Proven experience in content creation, including writing, editing, and producing multimedia content

•Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing techniques

•Excellent writing and storytelling skills with a knack for creating engaging content

•Ability to work with various content formats, including text, images, and video

•Familiarity with content management systems, such as WordPress or Drupal

•Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

•Creative thinking with a focus on generating innovative content ideas

•Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure content performance and optimize future efforts

•Experience with graphic design software, video-editing solutions, or similar content creation tools

•Robust collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with designers, editors, and other members of the content marketing team

•Education and Training Requirements

Preferred qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field are preferred, however, a strong portfolio showcasing successful content campaigns may suffice {​{Modify to reflect the desired qualifications.}
