Job Overview: We are seeking an energetic and imaginative Creative Strategist to lead the development of creative strategies for our diverse range of brands. You’ll be the mastermind behind our clients' social media presence, crafting unique and engaging content strategies that drive brand growth and engagement. Your deep understanding of Instagram and other social media platforms, coupled with your ability to spot and set trends, will be crucial in propelling our campaigns to new heights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Strategy Development: Develop and implement innovative and effective creative strategies for our clients across various social media platforms, with a strong emphasis on Instagram.
- Campaign Ideation: Generate bold, original ideas for social media campaigns that align with clients' brand identities and marketing objectives.
- Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of the curve by continuously monitoring social media trends and integrating them into our creative strategies.
- Content Oversight: Ensure that all content produced aligns with the established creative strategy and maintains a high level of quality and consistency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team, including designers, copywriters, and account managers, to bring your strategies to life.
- Client Interaction: Present creative strategies and campaign ideas to clients, incorporating their feedback and making adjustments as needed.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze campaign performance data to measure success and inform future strategy adjustments.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a creative strategy role within a social media or creative agency.
- Social Media Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Instagram and other major social media platforms, including their algorithms, features, and best practices.
- Trend Savvy: Keen awareness of current social media trends and the ability to adapt them creatively for different brands.
- Creative Thinker: A passion for innovation and the ability to generate unconventional and exciting ideas.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing social media metrics and using data to inform strategy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: A requirement of having a laptop and knowing Microsoft office.
