Creative Strategist


Summary:

The Creative Strategist is the bridge between the brand's left and right brains.

The creative team—the right brain—is focused on the creativity and innovations required to create an effective ad. On the other hand, the media team—the left brain—is focused on analytics, ad performance, and business goals.

Creative Strategists merge emotion and logic. They find the sweet spot between creative theory and media reality to maximize marketing results. They develop comprehensive briefs that outline a brand's objectives and requirements, covering timelines, budgets, target audiences, and deliverables. a creative strategist may gather insights and data to inform the direction. This research may include competitor analysis, customer research, and trend analysis. Creative strategists work with a brand solutions team to bring ideas to life. It may involve overseeing the creative process, providing feedback and edits, and meeting deadlines.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Enhance collaboration and Creativity in setting up Creative structure
  • Plan and execute a creative strategy that drives high engagement.
  • The skills to craft and articulate a clear and consistent vision, and a track-record of implementing effective creative programs.
  • Highly creative and imaginative, and curious about products or services.
  • Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of subordinates, follow best practices, manage & train resources.
  • Be relevant with reference to communication across on-ground, digital, social media.
  • Manage the tracking and reporting of performance to ensure team accountability and quality of deliverables.
  • Improve results and ROI and Foster innovation

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Creative Management.
  • Collaboration, Creativity, Leadership, Communication Technical
  • Must have knowledge of Copywriting, Branded Content Strategy, Social Media Management, Creative Design
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage workloads effectively.
  • Well organized and self-motivated.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and adjust the creative strategy as needed
