Job Overview

We are looking for a talented and driven Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team. As a Product Marketing Manager at PostGrid, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our go-to-market strategies, developing compelling product messaging, and driving the success of our product offerings. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer success, to ensure our products meet market needs and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning. Use these insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature releases, including positioning, pricing, and messaging.
  • Product Positioning & Messaging: Craft clear and compelling product messaging that differentiates PostGrid's offerings in the market. Develop product collateral, including sales decks, one-pagers, case studies, and web content.
  • Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with the tools, training, and content they need to effectively communicate the value of our products to prospects and customers.
  • Campaign Development: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive product awareness, adoption, and customer retention. Collaborate with the growth marketing team to optimize campaigns based on performance data.
  • Customer Advocacy: Develop and manage customer reference programs, including case studies, testimonials, and user groups, to highlight success stories and drive product credibility.
  • Product Feedback Loop: Work closely with the product team to provide market feedback, customer insights, and competitive analysis to influence product roadmaps and future development.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing and demand generation strategies.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in market research and competitive analysis.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
