Job Title : Manager - SEC Reporting & US GAAP AccountingLocation : Gurgaon/Hyderabad | Experience: 6 - 8 yearsJob Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Manager - SEC Reporting & US GAAP Accounting with strong experience in preparing and filing 10-K and 10-Q reports, as well as deep expertise in US GAAP technical accounting.Key Responsibilities:- Lead preparation and filing of SEC reports (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, etc.- Manage end-to-end US GAAP accounting and reporting processes.- Research and implement complex technical accounting standards.- Review financial statements and disclosures for accuracy and compliance.- Drive multiple US GAAP accounting and reporting projects for 6+ years of experience in SEC reporting and US GAAP accounting.- Hands-on experience with 10-K and 10-Q preparation and filing.- Strong knowledge of US GAAP technical accounting guidance (ASC).- Experience managing client-facing accounting/reporting projects.- CPA or CA preferred.- Preferred working experience in Workiva (not mandatory but preferred).- Knowledge in SEC and PCAOB audit regulations (ref:iimjobs.com)
