Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead who is an expert in JavaScript technologies, particularly React JS and Node JS. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system architecture, team management, and team building, with a minimum of 6 years of professional experience.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Technical Leadership :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-quality web applications.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.

- Oversee code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.

2. System Architecture :

- Design scalable, robust, and secure system architectures that meet business requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features and enhancements.

- Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest quality product platform.

3. Team Management :

- Build and manage a high-performing development team.

- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and supportive team environment.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

- Identify training needs and facilitate professional development opportunities for team members.

4. Project Management :

- Plan, execute, and monitor development projects to ensure timely delivery.

- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Manage project risks and proactively address potential issues.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience :

- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in software development.

- Proven expertise in React JS and Node JS.

- Strong experience in system architecture and designing scalable applications.

- Demonstrated ability in team management and team building.

Technical Skills :

- Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end frameworks.

- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

- Familiarity with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.

- Knowledge of version control systems like Git.

- Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
